Mykola Pirogov First Volunteer Mobile Hospital is an association of civilian volunteer medics. As a mobile hospital, they work in different locations and under different conditions, whether at military units, checkpoints, or frontline civilian hospitals. The co-founder of the PFVMH Gennadiy Druzenko had asked Aid Legion to help buy the necessary equipment. The list of equipment was compiled by Oleksandr Markiv, a neurosurgeon who conducts complex operations in Eastern Ukraine.

Material contribution

Pirogov First Volunteer Mobile Hospital’s medic volunteers have sent a request to the Aid Legion to provide first aid kits. IFA kits contain essential life-saving equipment for point-of-wounding and self-aid. Paramedics of the mobile hospital will use these first aid kits in hostility hotspots to save lives.

Soldiers use drones for intelligence and territory surveillance. Spare parts will help produce quality drones quickly and achieve better combat results.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine unit, working hard in Irpin and Bucha, asked for tourist equipment to help improve the conditions in their combat missions in these hotspots. They also needed a thermal monocular for safer working conditions.

This project was a starting point in our cooperation with our friend from Poland. As soon as the war broke out, he asked how he could support the Ukrainian people. The Kyiv territorial defense forces only started being formed at that time, and they didn't have enough tactical vests.

So our friend fundraised money and organized the shipment of vests to Krakow, where the volunteers from Ukraine picked them up. That's how we supplied three districts of territorial defense forces in Kyiv with tactical vests.
